Ten miles south of DFW in a "convenient location" "near Arlington attractions", this "exquisite" hotel with "a nice, open lobby" has rooms with "upscale toiletries" and "views of Six Flags"; but disgruntled guests groan over quarters that "need slight repairs", nonsmoking chambers that "smell like smoke" and being treated like "second-class citizens" by a "rude staff"; P.S. make sure to get a "renovated" room.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Beds, room space, staff, bathroom, the most awful place we have ever had to stay!

We were very excited to stay at the Hilton in Arlington. We arrived and met the staff and immediately were treated rude. Opening our door to our room, we stood in disbelief. A family of four was to stay in that tiny room? Two of the tiniest beds we have ever seen? Then the evening came, and was not able to sleep due to drunken people staying next door, screaming & yelling. We called front desk over 14 times, nothing was ever fixed. ...read more
